FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has input voltage scaling circuit having two capacitors 1, 2, two transistors 3, 4, power transformer 5 and switching transformer 6. Secondary windings 7, 8 are connected to between bases and emitters of transistors. Primary winding 9 of switch transformer 6 is connected through first resistor to tap of primary winding 11 of power transformer 5 which is connected across diagonally opposite pair of junctions of inverters through second resistor.
