SUBSTANCE: oscillator that has two series-connected capacitors, two series-connected transistors, power transformer, and tap-changing transformer whose secondary windings are inserted between transistor bases and emitters is provided, in addition, with rectifier bridge, output transformer winding, first and second controlled pulse generators with blanking inputs, flip-flop with separate inputs, flip-flop with separate inputs and with controlled optocoupler switch so that output of second pulse generator output is connected to base of one of series-connected oscillator transistors and to first input of flip-flop whose respective output is connected to control input of ac optocoupler switch; second input of flip-flop is coupled with output of first pulse generator whose blanking input is connected to second input of flip-flop; control input of first pulse generator and blanking input of second generator are connected via rectifier to auxiliary winding of power transformer.
