FIELD: radio transmitting devices. SUBSTANCE: device has control signal generation unit 1 and step voltage generation unit 2 which has N cells 3 which are connected in series. Unit 1 has direct current power supply 6, resistive scaling circuit 9, N adders 7, N comparators 8, sawtooth voltage generator 10 and pre-amplifier 11. This results decreased number commutation of semiconductor switches from generator 2 while preserving high-quality of input signal. EFFECT: simplified design. 2 dwg
