FIELD: TV equipment design to raise accuracy of visual examination of composition of substances and articles by their TV images. SUBSTANCE: signals of frame and line frequencies of TV raster, subharmonic signals of frequencies smaller by factor of two as well as doubled, trebled, etc frame and line frequencies are formed in parallel to increase resolution. Each mentioned signal is individually phase-split into four harmonic components displaced through 90 degrees. Initial orthogonal pairs of antipodal signals are separately modulated in level by signals obtained by subtraction from corrected input video signal of each signal of antipodal pairs summed up in advance with signals of direct current. Each of two difference pairs of modulated signals obtained after subtraction is rectified and filtered. Orthogonal pairs of antipodal signals modulated in level are summed up and mixed in input video signal. EFFECT: increased resolution. 3 cl, 2 dwg
