FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has electric knife which is placed on housing cap and has switch, control unit with power supply and refrigerating system having insertion which is made of solid coolant, mounted inside housing and tightened by spring to cap. Heat insulator is placed above cylindrical housing. Heater is placed above heat insulator and is connected to heating unit. One section of control unit has discharging capacitors connected through charging unit. This section and corresponding electronic switches with electric knife are placed in housing handle. Second section of control unit has surge injector which is connected through amplitude stabilizer to needle and input of amplifier which output is connected through read/write unit to first and second comparison units which outputs are connected to first and second inputs of RS-fps of RS-flip-flop, which output is connected to input of first section of control unit. Unit of open-circuit indication in electric knife is connected in parallel with electric knife. Button of switch is connected in parallel to inputs for control of electronic switches. Gating input of read/write unit is connected to output of surge injector. Temperature indication unit is connected to temperature-sensitive resistor placed in cap. EFFECT: possibility to operate in automatic mode. 4 dwg
