FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: surgical operation device has control unit, tank for coolant and electric knife. Device also has compound accessory tip, coupling nut, contact half-washers, insulating washer, plug. Housing of the device is made in form of hollow tube, there are channels for supplying and rejecting coolant inside the tube; channels have the same axis. Insulating gasket is disposed onto side surface of the housing. Electric spiral is reeled upon the gasket; the spiral is covered with insulation layer. One end of the housing ends with flange which has male thread, the second one ends with plug. Tip and knife chucked in the tip are jointed with flange through contact half-washer and insulating gasket, then tip is pressed by coupling nut. Coolant supply channel and electric wires connecting contact half-washer and control unit, are passed through the plug. Electric knife made in form of a heater is fixed between branches of the tip and provided with longitudinal movement locker. Tip is made of aluminium or aluminum alloys and is oxidized.
