Accumulator power supply source connected to two oscillators and the first input of diode voltage multiplier via light-controlled key. The first oscillator output is connected to the second key input via differentiating circuit, the second key output being connected to charge-discharge capacitor and Archimedes spiral, to the diode voltage multiplier output the second input of which is connected to the second oscillator output. The light-controlled key has photodiode connected to the repeater unit via amplifier. Repeater unit input is connected to power supply source and the output is light-controlled key output. The second key has transistor connected to differentiating circuit output via its base and to the chargedischarge capacitor, Archimedes spiral and diode voltage multiplier output via its collector at the same time.
