FIELD: experimental and clinical medicine. SUBSTANCE: agent possesses reparative activity and has peptide-containing fraction of activated human neutrophils, molecular mass of 500-10000 daltons. Being of endogenous origin, i. e. more physiologic than the known exogenous reparative preparations, the disclosed agent not only stimulates epithelization of flame-burn wounds but also speeds up rejection of wound crust. EFFECT: faster rejection of wound crust with simultaneous intensification of wound epithelization. 6 tbl
