FIELD: grinding tools. SUBSTANCE: disk is a body-disk with radial slots-cuts which is made from a material with specific strength no less than 10 km at 600-650 C. The radial cuttings forming projections have cutting members formed on both sides of the disk body. Cutting members are also formed on the peripheral part of the projections and are circumferentially staggered on the body and extend above the disk body surface alternately on one and the other surface. A square blank which side is equal to the diameter of the manufactured disk is made from a material with strength no less than 10 km at 600-650 C. The blank thickness is equal to the disk body thickness. A mounting hole is cut, the blank is fastened to a table of a program controlled laser machine. L-shaped slots which peripheral tips are equal to the projection width are cut on one side of the disk. Part of the slot made along the radius of the disk - a cut is equal to its height.
