FIELD: machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: cutting wheel includes disc 1 on which peripheral surface there are made radial grooves forming cutting teeth 3 of cutting wheel provided with cutting elements 4. Face surface 5 of tooth 3 on side of cutting into machined surface is fabricated at sharp angle up to 3 deg, rear surface 5 of tooth 3 has bevel passing through center of tooth 3 and located at angle 30-50 deg to radius of disc. Face surfaces of disc carry antifriction layers produced from titanium oxides and nitrides. Antifriction layer is also applied on both sides of disc to the depth of 1/5 of wheel height. In this case heights of antifriction layers and layer containing titanium oxides and nitrides has ratio 1-1:3. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, improved cutting capabilities. 4 cl, 4 dwg
