FIELD: processing of polymers. SUBSTANCE: extruder has mixing and transfer zones. Pins are located in the mixing zone, and breaks are made in the auger thread to receive the pins. Restrictor pins are placed in the transfer zone in the field of the greatest volume of the interflight space in the casing. They allow the extruder to be universally used for various extrudates. Combining of both mixing zones allows the passage of material to be increased by 60 to 100% without affecting the quality of mixing and with decreasing the torque by two times. The number of flight ridges in the casing and auger does not depend on the area of section of flights in the thread of the casing and auger due to the constant number of thread entries in the auger and casing. The screw way in the casing in the pulling-in zone additionally improves the process of mixing and output of extrudate. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 12 cl, 8 dwg
