FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: method provides for raw rubber introduction in double worm feeder extruder. Then it is plasticized and homogenized. Then nonreactive additions are introduced, and under temperature of 100 160 C it is mixed with raw rubber. Produced main mixture is cooled in extruder in limits from 100 to 200 C. Reactive additions are introduced in main mixture and it is homogenized. In the case, mixture by cooling is kept at temperature level that prevents vulcanization. Double worm feeder is made so, that it continuously produces both main and finished rubber mixture. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 4 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
