FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the steps of: fractionating a gas condensate with extracting gaseous, straight-run gasoline, diesel and residual fractions, driving straight-run gasoline fraction into contact with zeolite-containing catalyst at temperature of 300-480 degrees C under pressure of 0.2-4 MPa, extracting high-octane and residual fractions from the products of contacting, subjecting straight-run residual fraction or its mixture with gaseous products of contacting to pyrolysis. The obtained products are fractionated with extracting pyrocondensate and pyrogas with further mixing of pyrogas with straight-run gasoline fraction and their joint contacting with catalyst. The pyrocondensate is compounded with liquid products of contacting, they are subjected to joint rectification with extracting special-purpose gasoline and residual fraction. Systems prepared on the base of zeolites with structures ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 including those modified with elements of I, II, III, V, VI and VIII groups of periodic table.
