FIELD: deposition of metal coats. SUBSTANCE: task consisting in deposition of continuous uniform coat 20-30 20-30 μm thick for one run on surface of metal articles is laid as basis of invention. Device to implement method includes metal brush 1 which is pressed against treated surface 2 with its peripheral part at point 3. At point 5 bar of metal of coat is pressed to brush 1 with screw 8 entering guide 9. Guide 9 is mounted for turning in bracket 10 and is fixed with respect to bracket 10 with bolt 11. Bracket 10 is mounted for reciprocating motion in base 12 and for fixing with reference to base 12 with bolts 13. Bar 6 is set at angle of α= 5-10 deg to tangent line 14 drawn through point 5 of contact of bar 6 with brush 1. In this case radius 15 drawn through point 5 of tangency of bar 6 with brush 1 is located with respect to radius 16 connecting point 3 of tangency of brush 1 with treated surface 2 at angle b equal to 25-45 deg. Thickness of bar 6 is found from formula given in description of invention. EFFECT: improved quality of metal coats, enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
