SUBSTANCE: fuel injection pump has housing 1 with barrel 4 and plunger 6, tapper 9, cam 19 with rotator and device to control capacity made in form of rocking lever 16 hinge-connected in its middle part with tappet 9. One end of lever has contact roller 18 and spring 13 which keeps roller constantly pressed to cam 19. Other end of lever 16 has contact surface made to arc R of circle and engaged stop 21 arranged on turning lever 12. Turning axle 11 of lever 12 is arranged on housing 1.
