Bell-crank has pressure surface 7 on one end. Other end of bell-crank is hinge-connected with end of rod 4. Other lever is hinge-connected by one end with bell-crank and by other end, with fork 9 secured on body 1. Joints 6 are arranged at distance defined by definite relationship.
