FIELD: heating engineering. SUBSTANCE: electric air heater has case 1, four air ducts 13, electric motor of fan 2 provided with blades 3. Fan 2 is disposed inside housing 4 which form space 5 which electric motor. Air is heated inside space 5, then it ascends and cools electric motor. Blades of fan 2 are placed inside asbestos shell 6. Metal meshes 8 and 7 are fixed inside this shell. Top mesh 7 is rigidly connected with case of shell 6, the lower mesh 8 is placed inside grooves 14. When heating electric spirals 10 which are wound onto fiberglass filaments 9 and are fixed to mesh 8 by bolts, mesh 8 moves down along grooves 14. Electric spirals 10 are attached to fiberglass filament 9 by small knots 12. EFFECT: improved efficiency of heating. 4 dwg
