FIELD: drying of materials. SUBSTANCE: electric air heater comprises fan with motor installed in casing, air conduit with exit nozzle, a screen and a heater disposed in casing and made up of an electric spiral filament positioned on cross-shaped support member along a helical line whose pitch increases towards the exit nozzle. Support member has diametrically-arranged projections at the exit nozzle for installation of screen. The exit nozzle is made up of replaceable sections. The section at the side of air conduit has projections whose dimensions correspond to the recesses in the casing. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 6 dwg
