FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger plate has peripheral sealing slot and heat exchange medium inlet and outlet holes. Corrugated surface of plate has alternating groups of parallel corrugations of different height arranged at angle to corrugations of adjacent plates in pack. Corrugations have common base plane of projections and valleys. To form peripheral zone of equal-height corrugations arranged along sealing slot, local height of low corrugations is increased to height of high corrugations. All corrugations can be arranged on surface at equal pitch between their projections. EFFECT: enhanced sealing of plates. 2 cl, 9 dwg
