FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in plate cross-flow heat exchangers of air-air type for heat recovery in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Invention consists in the fact that the heat exchanger plate contains alternating rows of hemispherical projections and depressions and small rectilinear corrugations along the whole heat exchange surface, besides, the corrugations are located within the boundary layer. Ledges and recesses can be of the same shape in the form of truncated hemispheres, and small rectilinear corrugations are located symmetrically relative to both axes of the plate plane. Besides, the surface profile in the form of small rectilinear corrugations is placed along the whole width of the plate on one side of the channel parallel to the air flow, and on the other – perpendicularly.
EFFECT: improved geometrical shape of plates in order to increase efficiency and reliability of plate recuperative heat exchangers.
