FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: m-channel commutator of shift register outputs, OR gates having m inputs and control unit having two information inputs are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Counters and corresponding matching elements are divided into groups. First inputs of matching elements in first group are connected to outputs of shift register through m-channel commutator, second inputs of matching elements of second group are connected to output of first matching element, third inputs of first and second groups of matching elements are connected to first and second outputs of control unit.
