FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining sensibilization of pancreas lymphocytes and tissue by carrying out lymphocyte blastotransforming reaction within 96 h, using 0.1 ml aqueous-saline extract of human pancreas for a stimulator. The number of formed blastocells is determined radiometrically by counting the number of registered pulses within 100 s. When the relation of this number to the number of pulses registered within 100 s during analysis of reference sample is equal to 1.1-1.8, activation of pathological process may be forecasted while the value of this relation below 1.1 points to a remission. EFFECT: higher accuracy of prognosis.
