FIELD: seismometry. SUBSTANCE: in advance each seismograph is manufactured on the base of microprocessing structure, its information media are fabricated in the form of preliminary on-line storage and on-line storage and central control station is made in the form of controlling computer. Lower fl and upper fu frequencies of registered seismic signals as well as discretization frequency fd are set for each seismograph from controlling computer. The latter is chosen from relation fd=k1fu, where k1=2-4. Directly after reception and analog-to-digital conversion of seismic signals they are recorded into region of preliminary on-line storage so it stores information on signals for last time interval with value Δt=k2/fl, where k2=1-1.5. If magnitude of signal exceeds threshold of any of seismographs content of preliminary on-line storage is transferred into on-line storage and signals are continued to be registered in the latter till magnitude of extremum of signal drops below threshold. Later information from on-line storages of all seismographs is sent into controlling computer. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics and efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
