FIELD: semiconductor devices. SUBSTANCE: travel pickup is raster multielement silicon photodetector working as spatial-frequency filter. Preferential application fields are navigational devices of increased accuracy for heading and orbital orientation of space vehicles and planes by lighted background of planets or astral sky background and for stabilization of space vehicles in space by twisting them around their axes passing through centers of mass of space vehicles and ground-based equipment for analysis of oscillation dynamics, movement of elements of structures, flow of physical phenomena. Structure of travel pickup is formed with silicon substrate which carries autonomous photosensitive strips approximately 0.01 mm wide with intervals equal to width of photosensitive strips applied on each side of symmetry axis at angle of 35-50 deg to this axis. Strips are electrically integrated into independent groups by means of conductive wires on right and left sides of symmetry axis. They form two independent raster photodetecting channels with common base lead from silicon substrate. Photosensitive strips may be connected with conductive wires through isolation diodes.
