FIELD: meteorology; physics of atmosphere; ecology. SUBSTANCE: spectroradiometer has convex mirror. It also includes flat reflector, raster, modulator and optical filter, radiation receiver, and processing and recording unit positioned in succession in direction of radiation reflected by convex mirror and coaxially with the latter. Raster is made on reflector in the form of concentrically positioned zones consisting of alternating cells, similar in dimensions and reflecting and absorbing the radiation. Cells in each zone are of different dimensions. Modulator is manufactured as a plate with hopes identical in value and location with absorbing or reflecting of raster. When modulator is rotated the entire radiation flux from object, for example, sky, is modulated. I this case, flux from every circular zone is modulated at definite frequency which allows simultaneous measurement of hemispherical (spherical) spectral brightness of object and brightness distribution in space.
