FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in dissection of cartilage and skin in internal part of eyelid with traction and dissection of skin in medial direction and a hypodermic temporary tightening silk suture is applied on spacers from edge of cutis plate to nose clivus with engaging of front crus of internal adhesion. Suture is removed after formation of cicatricial tissue along thread. EFFECT: prevented dislocation of lower lacrimal point.
