FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device is bougie with cone 1 on one end with threaded couple 7, on the other end. Movable changeable member 13 of couple 7 is positioned, either, with threaded hub 15 thrusting the bougie end face, or its sleeve 14 pressing spacer 18 which thrusts with its other end the endoprosthesis appliance 3. When appliance is installed to its place, device is screwed-in up to mark. When device is withdrawn after installation of endoprosthesis appliance, movable member 13 ensures withdrawal of cone 1 and bougie end part through spacer 18 from endoprosthesis appliance 3 without its displacement.
