FIELD: theater equipment. SUBSTANCE: equipment has a cover with a master cam on its front edge. The cover opens into a manhole, and a bank of lights is located in the manhole. Two arms on the cover sides have a flange and rest to limit the bank slew angle. One end of each arm is on the cover axle, and the there is on the bank axle. Supported by the arms, the bank of lights has its base parallel with them. A rope links the bank of lights and cover via pulleys so that the bank and cover are in balance. A swing support has two stands joined together with a strip having a member for engagement with a drive which turns the cover and support. EFFECT: convenience in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
