FIELD: cleaning technology. SUBSTANCE: chip is heated in a rotary drum by fuel combustion products. Separated burning components burn the chip which is then water-cooled. The exhaust flue gases are filtered through a layer of a metal chip. The filtrate-contaminated chip is positioned into the rotary drum from which articles cleaned from the oil are preliminary removed. The chip is heated up to the filtrate ignition temperature. Then the chip is roasted until the burning components are completely removed. The chip is blown at the outlet of the drum by a jet of water steam mixed with sprayed water. When the chip is discharged from the drum its temperature is maintained within 110-290 C. A heat-resistant alloy chip is used for filtering the flue gases. EFFECT: improved quality. 2 tbl, 1 dwg
