FIELD: belt conveyers. SUBSTANCE: in the course of vibrational cleaning of conveyer belt the latter is exposed to impacts with frequencies equal to frequencies of natural flexural vibrations of intersupport span of belt as rectangular plate. Impacts are applied in basic lines corresponding to given frequencies of natural forms of span vibrations with the aid of device, working members of which are made in the form of lined round rings and distributed in circumferential and axial directions of its rotors congruently to mentioned basic lines of belt vibrations. Device is switched on from belt sticking sensor. Resonance vibrations of belt span in conjunction with self-excited high-frequency vibrations of span provide for necessary excess of vibrational overloads of the working surface of span belt over the forces of sticking of adhesive material to the belt, thus ensuring high-quality vibrational cleaning of belt, span and then belt in the whole. By this means cleaning is effected without scraping off stuck material from belt but solely by mild excitation of vibrations optimal for cleaning belt span. EFFECT: high-quality cleaning and longer service life of conveyer belt. 6 cl, 5 dwg
