FIELD: production of fine emulsions and suspensions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices used for creation of the powerful acoustic vibrations in the running liquid or gaseous medium and is intended for production of the fine emulsions and suspensions with simultaneous stirring of the product. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the device due to the significant pressure reduction of the mixture pumped into the rotor and to the inlet power at simultaneous increase of the outlet power. The sonar syren contains the coaxially mounted cylindrical stator made in the form of the concentric acoustical resonator and the hollow rotor, on the adjacent surfaces of which there are the through holes uniformly arranged along the circumference, the drive gear for uniform rotation of the rotor, the device for feeding of the liquid or gaseous mixture into the rotor and the outlet branch pipe for withdrawal of the product. The syren rotor made with the number of the holes exceeding by one the stator number of the holes is used for realization of the direct traveling resonance wave of oscillations in the resonator - in respect to the direction of the rotor rotation, and in the case the number of the holes of the rotor is less by one of the holes number of the holes of the stator is used for realization of the reverse traveling resonance wave of oscillations in the resonator. And the outlet branch pipe is arranged tangentially to an outer surface of the stator in the direction of the traveling wave.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the device at simultaneous increase of the outlet power.
