FIELD: medicine, particularly microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking test material with sterile filtering paper, positioning samples of vaginal and cervical secretions on thick nutrient medium containing daily test culture of M. lysodeiticus, concentration 10 mln m/bodids per ml, incubating in the course of 18-24 h and determining arithmetic mean value of zone with delayed growth of test culture. If the result is 2 mm and over, the organism is infected while if it is mm and over, the diagnosis is inflammatory process of female genital sphere. EFFECT: improved screening diagnosis of diseases of female genital sphere.
