FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a lower plate with a cavity, an upper plate with a hemispherical notch, a step rod with a shank and a hemispherical head, the rod is mounted coaxially to the plates. A stack of ring wave springs with bearing hollows and notches is located on the rod. The bearing projections of the springs located between rear stack springs are positioned in the bearing hollows of adjacent springs. The upper bearing plate is turned by its hemispherical towards the rod shank, and hollows are made on its end. A through cylindrical hole is made coaxially to the hemispherical notch. Hollows are also made on the lower bearing plate, the cavity is made through. The rod is passed through a cylindrical hole of the upper bearing plate and the through cavity of the lower bearing plate with a shank extending above the lower plate end. A nut with hollows is fastened to the shank. Additional ring springs are mounted between the rod shoulder and the upper bearing plate, and between the lower bearing plate and the nut respectively. EFFECT: improved structure. 1 dwg
