FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator contains the base, the rack, resilient elements of a spring type and the support assembly. Base is made as two parallel angle-bars rigidly connected with each other by the thrust plate. On the thrust plate the resilient element of the spring type is secured by means of the cover and two screws. Support assembly is made in form of the rod with thread end securing the vibration isolated object. Rod has hemispherical head for contact with the cone surface in the resilient element. Support assembly is fixed to the resilient element using the screw, which is screwed into the hemispherical head of the rod. Damper is placed between the base and the resilient element of the multi-leaf type. Damper comprises cylinder with bottom, in which there is a piston. Piston is made as sleeve with parallel and coaxial with casing top and bottom collars. Copper-based sintered friction material is located between the collars. In the lower surface of the piston rests against a conical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the bottom of the body is filled with friction material. Retaining ring holding the piston in its original state is fixed in the groove of the inner surface of the cylinder.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
