FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: scrape of buccal epithelium cells was obtained from donor using spatula and then placed in droplet of special-purpose solution for microelectrophoresis which was conducted using alternating current of 0.1 mA 0.1 to 1.0 Hz at field strength of 15 to 30 V/cm in purpose-designed chamber. Next, said cells were photographed at different current polarities and distance between extreme positions of nucleus was measured. Obtained data were averaged for several cells. Resultant value, that is, average spans of nuclei were compared in group of patients of same age. Decrease in average span of nucleus pointed to unsatisfactory physiological state of patient under examination. EFFECT: higher reproducibility of results in repeated analysis of same sample and enhanced time and labor saving. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
