FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in studying dynamics of changes in electrophoretic mobility of nuclei of cells in epithelium. Particularly, this method prescribes sampling epithelium cells daily and at the same time during two months, carrying out microelectrophoresis, calculating percentage of cells having electrically negatively charged nuclei relative to total percentage of studied cells, chronologically representing results of investigation in plane and Cartesian system, determining parameters of biological cycle by reading graph, and then analyzing modulation of peaks by referring to magnitude of amplitude using computer in order to disclose latent regularities and determine their characteristics. Investigation revealed monthly rhythm of mobility of nuclei, seasonal, two-weekly and weekly harmonics important for modulation of peaks against amplitude.
