FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking cell sample, diluting it, carrying out microelectrophoresis, counting electric negative cells and processing data by their comparing to healthy people reference value to make conclusions concerning organism state. Microelectrophoresis is carried out under a number of electric current values from 0.12 to 0.5 mA and voltage of 29-30 V. The number of electric negative cells is determined. The ratio of patient cells number to that in reference group being equal to or close to 1, normal state is concluded to be the case. The positive dynamics gives evidence in favor of improved state of a patient and vice versa. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
