FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: reference standard voltage is formed which is measured by means of temperature-sensitive resistor depending on environment temperature in such a manner to compensate changes in resistance of feedback circuit. These changes are caused by changes in resistance of commutating switch. Converter has reference voltage source 1, thermocompensating circuit made of thermal-sensitive resistor 2 and shunt 3, inverters 4 and 5, switches 6 and 7, integrator 8, threshold devices 9 and 10, D-flip-lops 12 and 13, clock-pulse generator 11.
