FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given accelerometer is intended for use as converter of linear acceleration with discrete output signal. Two sensitive elements of cantilever structure are anchored in body. Differential capacitive converter placed in circuit of self-excited oscillators is employed in the capacity of converter of inertial force to physical quantity. One self- excited oscillator has frequency of output signal higher then that of the other self- excited oscillator. Two frequency dividers are connected to outputs of self-excited oscillators. Outputs of frequency dividers are connected to information inputs of first and second D flip-flop which outputs are connected to logic OR-ELSE gate which provides for expansion of band of frequencies of output signal of accelerometer. Insertion of third D flip-flop, connection of output of inverter to its clock input and of output of OR-ELSE gate to information input leads to increased noise immunity. EFFECT: increased noise immunity of accelerometer. 3 dwg
