FIELD: instrumentation engineering, dynamic end static balancing of solid wave gyros. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear incorporates vacuum bed with clear window, stationary excitation transducer and two translation transducers, rotary platform which carries resonator. Platform is connected to electric drive via magnetic clutch fitted with control unit. Gear also has unit for formation of medium, pulse CO2 laser with control unit. Focus of laser objective is aligned with edge of resonator. Rotary gate is placed between laser and objective. Microcomputer of gear includes processor, four-input analog-to-digital converter, two digital-to-analog converters, data register, output register, measurement unit and synchronization unit. EFFECT: automation of process of formation of medium, of determination of position of heavy axes of resonator, capability to calculate disbalance, to remove correction masses in four points and to measure residual splitting of frequencies of resonator. 2 dwg
