FIELD: separation equipment. SUBSTANCE: emulsion distributor, petroleum and water collectors, a vertical ring partition and an axial horizontal partition made from transverse chutes are mounted in a horizontal cylindrical tank. The chute bottom are inclined down the flow and alternately face the top and the bottom. Heat exchange members are positioned in the clearances between the chutes.
