FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: plant for oil-water emulsion separation contains a vertical cylindrical tank, emulsion dispenser in the form of a horizontal pipe of emulsion entry and collectors of the separated phases, located at the opposite tank wall from the pipe of emulsion entry, the vertical pressure relief pipe, mounted along the top generatrix at the emulsion entry pipe. The hollow cylinder is concentrically mounted inside the emulsion entry pipe up to the pressure relief pipe with rigidly mounted on both ends the plugs, while the hollow cylinder forms with emulsion entry pipe the limited tubular annulus. The hollow cylinder is provided inside with the cones and the rows of holes. Cone tilting angles in the hollow cylinder are increasing in the direction of emulsion motion. In the annular space, opposite to the holes rows of the hollow cylinder mutually facing with the cones of the hollow cylinder the truncated cones with rows of holes, made in the hollow cylinder, at that the tilting angles of the truncated cones in the tubular annulus decreases in the direction of emulsion motion. From the annular space along the upper generatrix of the emulsion entry pipe, the gas outlets are formed, connected to the pressure relief pipe, and behind the pressure relief pipe at the distance - H from the hollow cylinder in the emulsion entry pipe at the center of its cross section there is the longitudinal horizontal partition, designed as a rectangular plate, smoothly folded along the helix. Its edge at the outlet is turned to 180°, relatively to the edge at the inlet. There is the drop entrainment in the pressure relief pipe, made in the form of located diametrically opposing inclined circular blades with the oblique segment.

EFFECT: efficiency increase of the gas emission from the oil-water emulsion, the water-oil emulsion destruction intensity increase, the increase of flowrate, with the exception of splashes entry in the gas outlet collector along the pressure relief pipe.
