FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for separating oil-water emulsion comprises a stationary casing 1, jacket 2 with the windows 13, 14 disposed in the jacket 2 a perforated cylinder 3, the drive shaft 15 coupled to the perforated cylinder 3, an inlet 4 feed-water emulsion and the chemical reagent inlet nozzle 5. Shirt 3 is mounted inside the stationary housing 1 and rigidly connected with a perforated cylinder 3 with the possibility of rotation of the joint. Perforating cylinder 3 is formed by four rows of radial apertures 7, 8, 9, 10. Inlet 4 for supplying oil emulsion and chemical agent supply pipe 5 are in a fixed circular tube 11 installed in front of the first row of radial apertures 7. The second row of radial openings 8 communicated with the package of plates 12'-12''''', inclined to the cylinder 45° and placed within the stationary housing 1, and rigidly fixed on the cylinder jacket 2 to 3. Each plate 12'-12''''' is equipped with a number of through holes 16'-16''' at the same radius from the center axis of the cylinder 3, is rigidly connected to the drive shaft 15. The diameter of the plates 12'-12''''' increases while moving oil-water emulsion. The first outlet 16 of the stationary housing 1 communicates with the space 19 on a package of plates 12'-12''''' through the space 20 above the face 2 to remove heavy fractions of the oil-water emulsion. The second outlet 17 communicates with space 21 under the package of plates 12'-12''''' through space under the jacket 2 and the first box 13 shirts 2 for removal of light fractions of the oil-water emulsion. The third 18 outlet communicates with the space 22 under the shirt 2 via the third row 9 of radial cylinder holes 3, the package meshes 23 mounted within the cylinder 3, the fourth row 10 of radial holes of the cylinder 3 and the second window 14 shirts 2 rigidly connected to the fourth near 10 radial cylinder holes 3 for discharging gas.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency and quality of the separation of the oil-water emulsion, to ensure the reliability of the device with the possibility of exposure to a chemical agent prior to its separation by centrifugal force.
