The jig has jig bushes 4 rotatably mounted on axles 5 and spring-loaded by levers 6, shackles 7 positioned on additional axles 8 of levers 6, and spring-loaded rods 9. Rods 9 are spring-loaded by springs 12 and are pivotally connected to shackles 7. Additional axles 8 of levers 6 are located between axles of rotation 5 of levers 6 and the axles of hinges 13 in parallel to axles of rotation 5. Cuttings 14 used for positioning levers 6 are made in jig bush 4, the axes of the cuttings are perpendicular to axle 15 of jig bush 4. Distance H from axles 5 to ends a of levers 6 is larger than distance h from axles 5 to bearing surface "б" of body 1. Tool 16 with upper edge "г" and lower edge "в" is connected to a drive.
