FIELD: resistance welding. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacture of flat trusses consisting of top and bottom chords, braces and posts. Longitudinal wires, which form posts, and two lateral bars, are fed into device. Lateral bars are cut off with allowance for their bending to form braces and top chord. After lateral bars are bent bending mechanisms, third lateral bar, which forms bottom chord, is fed into device. All crossings of bars are welded with the aid of spot-welding machine. Bending mechanism has bending and guide rollers having drives intended for their displacement perpendicularly to wire feed plane. In addition, bending rollers are provided with drive responsible for their displacement in parallel with wire feed plane. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 3 cl, 10 dwg
