FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: interlocking mechanism of hatch cover control panel of boxcar-hopper has pipelines 2 connected with supply line 1 by means of twin disconnecting cocks 3 provided with control handles 4, and mechanism to lock charging hatch cover lock handles made up of vertical rod 8 with detent 9 and horizontal rod 10 with locks 11 and stop 12 hinge-connected through bell-crank 5 and installed in guides 6 and 7, respectively. Additional disconnecting cock 13 is installed on supply line 1 in area of arrangement of vertical rod 8. Cock handle 14 has hole 15 for engagement with detent 9 in transportation position. Boxcar-hopper has charging hatches on roof 24 for loose cargoes. Hatches are closed by covers 21. Ladders 23 provide access to covers. Covers 21 are locked in transportation position by locks which have handles 20 and tension rings 25. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 5 dwg
