It has also vertical rod 14 and horizontal rod 15 with detents 14 hinge-connected through bell-crank 11 and installed in guides 12 and 13, respectively. Stop 9 is made fast on vertical rod 14. Stop 10 is made in form of hook and is secured on horizontal rod 15. Required sequence of operations of operator which controls discharge of loose cargo 20 from hopper car is provided at equal travels of horizontal rod 15 and vertical rod 14.
