FIELD: devices for raising sunken objects. SUBSTANCE: device has pontoon with holes in its lower portion, vertical heat-insulated pipe brought inside pontoon through this hole, cryogenic reservoirs mounted on pontoon and tubular heat exchangers whose lower ends are connected with reservoirs and upper ends are connected with lower end of vertical pipe. For raising the sunken object, pontoon is positioned above it so that tubular heat exchangers are located on either side of this object. Liquefied gas is fed from cryogenic reservoir to tubular hear exchanger; as a result, sunken object gets frozen to pontoon and gas escaping from heat exchanger forces water out of pontoon, thus raising the sunken object to surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
