FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: screw jack has a main structure, a load lifting mechanism, a screw turning mechanism, a carrier, a planetary transmission, a central wheel and a conical transmission. The load lifting mechanism has a projection, placed in a longitudinal groove of the main structure and connected with the screw, threaded part of which is turned down and its non-threaded part is supported at the main structure. The screw turning mechanism has a horizontally placed planetary transmission and a conical transmission. The carrier of the planetary transmission is rigidly tied with the screw and its epicyclic wheel is rigidly connected with the main construction. The central wheel has an axial hole with non-threaded part of the screw placed in. The central wheel is rigidly connected with a conical wheel, that is placed on non-threaded part of the screw under the central wheel and engaged with conical gear, set on a horizontal shaft, connected with a tommy bar. The conical and planetary transmissions are set between supports, mounted on the ends of non-threaded part of the screw. EFFECT: screw jack is used for loads lifting to lower heights. 2 cl, 1 dwg
