FIELD: purifying water. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has DC source, electrolyzer, desorption unit, oxygen and carbon dioxide absorbers, blower, receiver, electrochemical generator, control valve, gas discharge pipe line, delivery pipe line, by- pass pipe line, main pipe line, control valving, alternative hydrogen source, oxygen accumulator, pipe line for discharging oxygen from the electrolyzer, control valves, corrosive pickup, and additional water pipe line. Water to be treated is in contact with working matter (electrolytic hydrogen) within the desorption unit. By bubbling water hydrogen desorbs corrosive gases from water. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
